      本比赛的最小开赛人数为8人，如果超过报名期限未满则会延长报名一周，再次未满则不会开赛
      The minimum number of participants to start this competition is 8. The registration will be extended by one week if it's not satisfied. The competition will be cancelled if it is still not satisfied.

      身份
      为确保公平和避免不必要的麻烦，比赛双方应主动互相确认身份，使用的比赛ID亦应作为约战的一部分。
      Identity
      In order to ensure fairness and avoid unnecessary troubles, both sides of the match should confirm each other's PSID as a part of scheduling.

      服务器
      原则上比赛优先考虑在PS中国服务器上进行。在其他服务器进行的比赛不能受到国服管理团队的监控，可能会导致您的比赛结果作废。在国服进行的比赛我们亦可以对掉线中断等问题进行复盘，来保证您的游戏体验。
      Server
      In principle, the competition is given priority to be played on the PS China Server. Matches played on other servers cannot be monitored by the PSCN management team, which may cause your match results to be invalidated. We can also review issues such as disconnection and interruption of the game in the server to ensure your gaming experience.

      情报侦察
      通过查看对手公开上传的回放进行情报侦察是完全允许的。唯严格禁止国服的管理人员通过权限手段获得普通玩家无法获得的信息。
      永远不允许第三方（包括但不限于队友）将用户的组队等私人信息泄露给对手，一经举报核实将会对其进行严厉的处罚。
      Scouting
      Scouting by viewing the opponent’s publicly-uploaded replays is totally allowed. Admins of the PSCN are strictly prohibited from obtaining information that ordinary players cannot obtain by means of authority.
      Third parties (including but not limited to teammates) will never be allowed to disclose the user's team and other private information to opponents, and severe penalties will be imposed once the report is verified.

      赛制

      任何对自己vgc水平有信心的玩家都可以报名参赛，比赛轮次会根据报名人数确定。
      vgc公开赛采取系列10的规则，bo3不换队双败淘汰制，总决赛时败者组冠军需要连续赢下两个BO3才能战胜胜者组冠军夺冠。
      Anyone can join, rounds decided by number of participants.
      The VGC Open uses The Series 10 ruleset and a Bo3 double elimination format with locked teams. The losers bracket finalist has to win 2 consecutive Bo3s in order to win the tournament against the winners bracket finalist.

      请选手在比赛后自行保存replay并发给裁判(如果由于延迟问题无法.上传可以选择下载replay)，replay是判断比赛胜负的重要依据，选手有义务保存replay交给赛方，对于没有replay的比赛裁判有权宣判比赛无效。
      Please save the replay after each match and send it to the TD team (if have connection issue you can download the replay). Replay is essential for judging result of a match. It is player's duty to send the replay to the TD team. For matches that this rule is not complied, TD reserves the right to disqualify the match.

      比赛一周一轮，允许选手在申请后因事推迟一次(最长为三天)，报名截止至9月12日晚23:59，开赛时间为9月13日。
      The competition is conducted once a week. Players are allowed to postpone once (up to three days) after application. The registration deadline is 23:59 p.m. on Sept. 12th, and the start time is Sept. 13th.
